Thank you so much for supporting Mama’s Sugar Glo. Every product is handmade with love and care — just for you. Because of the nature of our products and for safety reasons, all sales are final once shipped.
Order Cancellations
We totally understand — sometimes things change! If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us at support@mamassugarglo.com as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t been packed or staged for shipping, we’ll be happy to cancel it for you. Once it’s been processed and on its way, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
Damaged or Defective Products
We want you to love every Glo moment. If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mamassugarglo.com with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Our team will review your request and make it right with a replacement or refund if approved.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We know how frustrating this can be. Once a package leaves our facility and is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mama’s Sugar Glo isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn’t arrived:
Double-check your shipping address
Look around your delivery area or with neighbors
Contact the carrier directly and share your tracking number to start a delivery investigation
To help keep your order safe, we recommend being available on your delivery day or scheduling a carrier pickup at your local facility.
